Why 'See Stacy Speak'?
Do you believe you have an inner badass? Do you believe you are significant and important? Have you found your VOICE?
Stacy Bernal is an Ambassador of Badassery.
*A what?? Ambassador of whaaa? This chick sounds pretty full of herself.*
As an AoB, Stacy believes everybody has greatness within, whether they realize it or not. She believes it takes courage to own our stories, especially the ugly bits we want to keep hidden away. Stacy believes shame can lead to strength, vulnerability is a virtue, and our weaknesses can build us into warriors.
As a survivor of childhood trauma (#daddyissues), Stacy learned at a young age that the general public didn't really want to hear about it. So she wrapped up her shame, tied it up with a pretty little bow, and shelved it away in the depths of her angsty teenage soul. She went on to live a mediocre life of self-fulfilling failures, until the day she crossed the finish line of her first marathon in 2009. In that instant she went from Failure to Finisher (that's catchy!) and the trajectory of her entire life changed.
Now an eight-time marathoner, ultra-marathoner, and triathlete autism mama extraordinaire, Stacy sees the world through eyes of a conqueror. She climbed out of Rock Bottom and made it to the surface, but she didn't stop there and she continues to climb mountains (both figuratively and literally). And she wants to bring people with her. From once-a-bartender to now-a-board-member, Stacy is a stellar example of the power of the human spirit and transformation.
Today, she shares ways people can embrace the ugliness of shame and trauma and recreate it (and themselves) into something strong, beautiful, resilient, and powerful. She coaches clients on ways to embrace their inner badass; she inspires audiences with her witty perspective on crappy pasts; and she empowers women to lean in and own their spot at the proverbial table. She brings a positive beacon of hope to those struggling in their darkness. She learned to break the cycle of failure and has accomplished feats from graduating college at thirty-six to becoming an award-winning sales rep to building her own entrepreneurial empire.
See. Stacy. Speak.
She found her voice. Now let her help you find YOURS.
